Our conference presentation recording and editing services include on-site videographers, full- length speaker video recording, and slide capture so your final video includes both the presenter and their slides. Post-production includes color correction, audio cleanup, and our proprietary motion-tracking workflow for a polished, professional look.

We deliver final 4K UHD conference presentation videos via upload, ready for publishing. If youprefer, we can also upload your finished videos to platforms like YouTube or Vimeo.

What do your Highlight Reel / Promotional Recording & Editing services include?

Our event highlight reel and promotional video production services include on-site videographers, dynamic coverage of key moments, and professional interviews and testimonials to help you market your event.

We deliver your edited highlight content via upload, ready for publishing. If you have a preferred platform (such as YouTube or Vimeo), we can upload the final videos there as well.

If your in-house marketing team prefers to handle editing internally, we can provide raw footage delivery on a hard drive at the end of the event.

Is Bash Films a videography company or an A/V company? Or both?

Bash Films is a conference videography and event video production company. We are not a full- service A/V provider like Encore or Freeman.

We regularly work alongside A/V companies and venues. Bash Films focuses on high-quality video production, while the venue or A/V team typically provides staging, projection, screens, microphones, and PA systems.

We can also support events without a full-service A/V company by bringing essentials like lavalier microphones and portable lighting, depending on the venue and setup.

How can I contact Bash Films?
Can Bash Films provide videography services if we don’t have an A/V company?

Yes. We frequently support events that don’t use a full-service A/V provider. Depending on the venue and room size, we can bring portable lighting and wireless lavalier microphones to capture clean audio and professional-looking video.

Do you provide staging, projectors, screens, or other A/V equipment?

No. We do not provide staging, projectors, or screens. Many venues already have these items available, and A/V providers typically manage those production elements. We coordinate with your venue or A/V team to capture the best possible video and audio feeds for recording.

Do you provide lighting?

Yes. When a room or breakout space doesn’t have adequate lighting, we can bring portable LED lighting kits to maintain a consistent, professional look across all rooms.

For example, many conferences have a main stage with full A/V lighting, plus breakout rooms with minimal lighting. We can provide lighting for those breakout rooms as needed.

Do you provide audio support?

Yes—when appropriate. If a room doesn’t require a full PA system, we can use lavalier microphones to capture clear, professional audio for your recordings.

If your event uses a mixing board and PA system, we typically coordinate with the A/V team to capture a clean feed for the best sound quality.

Do you handle custom requests?

Yes. Every event is different. We regularly accommodate custom deliverables, deadlines, branding needs, and technical workflows to match your conference format and publishing requirements

Do you provide photography services?

No. Bash Films focuses on professional videography and video production for conferences and events.

Does Bash Films record weddings?

No. We do not offer wedding videography. We specialize in conference and corporate event videography

Where are you located?

Our main office is in Las Vegas, Nevada, and we provide nationwide conference videography across the United States. We also support international events depending on the schedule and scope.

What factors affect pricing?

Pricing is based on a few key variables:

  • Number of event days and videographers required

  • Location and travel (airfare, hotel, and food per diem are included in the starting estimate)

  • Amount of content and number of deliverables (presentations, breakout rooms, highlight reels, etc.)

  • Turnaround time and delivery deadline

Do you require a deposit? When is payment due?

Yes. A 50% deposit is due at booking when the contract is signed. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final edited videos and/or raw footage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via ACH (direct deposit), check, or wire transfer. We do not accept credit card payments.
